Carol is renowned for her ability to transform any occasion into a captivating celebration filled with fun, music, and art. With a keen eye for detail and an infectious passion for creativity, she curates intimate events that foster a sense of community and connection.

The Chipman Homestead is one of those magical places words can not describe. You just have to experience it. Steve and his partner Ginny, are some of the most gracious hosts around. Steve is well known for his ability to slap the bass in the Garden Party house band, The Frank Burns Band, playing together for over 40 years! Ginny's garden is beyond whimsical.

A powerhouse professional on the music scene for decades. A Music Maven with  over 30 years of experience in hospitality and entertainment as well as the Curator of The Annual OddBall Show. Kimmy also started the Mourning Do Fund honoring the memory of her son Trip Wilson which helps friends as needed to offset costs related to illnesses and funerial expenses. She works with Amanda Duquette of Music and Magic Maine raising money for musical instruments for kids. She’s also the life of the party! She works like a captain, but can still party like a pirate.

Kevin White is one of our Harpswell neighbors! He found out what we were doing and raising money for the local food pantry through the power of gathering together in our shared love of music and community and he stepped up to be our sound tech when we had none! He is a seasoned music professional and already had all the equipment that he lets us utilize for the event! So thoughtful, giving and gracious he is to us and our mission driven music fest. A party with a purpose! 

He maintains equipment operation and maintenance: setting up, operating, and maintaining audio equipment, including microphones, mixing consoles, amplifiers, and other related hardware. Troubleshooting and repairing equipment issues. 

Ensuring equipment is functioning correctly and maintaining its quality for all our artists! Thank you Kevin for your many contributions to us and the community over the last few years. We are so grateful for you!

Vendor coordination is just the tip of the iceberg when it come to Jenz. She sets the vibe and absolutely is dripping with creativity. One-of-a-kind isn't good enough to describe her. Hard working and a force to recon with,

This BAMF is better known as Mama K. A literal legend, not in the making, a mf legend. Shes kind, loving, creative, and has plenty of experience organizing people.

David has been doing security for festivals all along the eastern seaboard for many years. He knows his stuff and doesn’t miss a trick. He’s always one step ahead. You’ll see him patrolling the event grounds, monitoring access points, screening attendees, managing crowds, de-escalating conflicts, enforcing rules, and assisting with emergencies. With David, you know the scene will always be a safe space to be in.

The creator and mastermind behind As Above So Below music festival at Freedom Field in Harmony, where he is also a production manager and skilled sound technician, is joining the Garden Party Crew doing lights and projection mapping! Be sure to catch his band Partners in Grime on stage performing for us that weekend as well on opening night (Thursday).
